This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Obedient Living (“the Podcast”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”) in connection with the Guest’s participation in a recorded podcast episode.

1. Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” includes all non-public information disclosed by either party in connection with the recording, including but not limited to: episode topics, pre-interview communications, production details, unreleased content, scheduling information, and any personal disclosures made off-record before, during, or after the recording session.

2. Obligations. Each party agrees to: (a) hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent; (c) use Confidential Information solely in connection with the planned episode and its promotion.

3. Exclusions. This Agreement does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or that the receiving party can demonstrate was already in their possession prior to disclosure.

4. Pre-Release Embargo. The Guest agrees not to publicly disclose, preview, or summarize the content of the episode on any platform prior to Obedient Living’s official release date, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Podcast.

5. Duration. This Agreement shall remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing, or until the episode is publicly released, whichever comes first.

6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to pursuing any other remedy.

This Guest Release and Media Waiver (“Release”) is entered into between Obedient Living (“the Podcast”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”).

1. Consent to Record. Guest consents to being audio and/or video recorded during their participation in the Obedient Living episode. Guest acknowledges that the recording session will be captured for the purpose of producing and distributing a podcast episode.

2. License to Use. Guest grants the Podcast a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display: (a) the recorded audio and/or video of the episode; (b) Guest’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information as submitted in this form; (c) approved photos and media assets submitted herein; for the purpose of producing, distributing, and promoting the episode across all current and future platforms.

3. Distribution Platforms. Guest acknowledges that the episode may be distributed on platforms including but not limited to: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook), the Podcast’s website, email newsletters, and any other platform selected by the Podcast at its discretion.

4. Clips & Promotional Use. Guest grants the Podcast the right to create short-form clips, audiograms, quote graphics, and promotional content derived from the episode for use in marketing and social media, subject to any preferences indicated in this form.

5. Editorial Control. Guest acknowledges that Obedient Living retains full editorial control over the final episode, including the right to edit, condense, or restructure the recorded content, provided that such editing does not materially misrepresent the Guest’s stated views.

6. No Compensation. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, Guest’s participation is voluntary and no monetary compensation is owed by either party.

7. Accuracy of Information. Guest warrants that all information, biographical details, and media submitted in this intake form are accurate and that Guest has the right to grant the licenses described herein.

8. Indemnification. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Obedient Living and its team from any claims arising from inaccuracies in submitted information or from any third-party intellectual property included in Guest’s contribution.
